We want you to feel amazing in your custom ravewear! Every piece is handmade to order, but we understand that shopping online—especially for your first set—can be tricky.

That’s why we offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, with the following guidelines:

  • Refunds: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard-fit items in original, unworn, unwashed condition

  • Exchanges for Size: We’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for sizing issues within the same item style

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

🚫 What’s Not Eligible

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted

  • We do not accept returns of worn, washed, or damaged items (unless it’s a defect on our end)
